  1. SHIPPING FEE AND TAX
  • Shipping fee will be charged geographically from Vietnam to your country.
  • You may be charged for import duties by your local customs authority when your package arrives to your country (some countries will not require to pay for the import duties). The cost vary depends on the goods, what they are made of, where they are made and your country officials. 
  1. ORDER CANCELLATION
  • Push Push is currently unable to support order cancellation once your order has been successfully placed and paid via Paypal.

  • Once your order is placed, there will be a confirmation sent to your provided email including all details of your purchase. 
  • You cannot change the shipping method once the order is placed. 
  • If you want to amend the shipping information, please contact our Customer Service Department via contact@pushpushww.com for supports. However, if your order has been handed over to the shipping units, it’s impossible to amend it.
