Customer service

We reply within 2 business days. Push Push is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (GMT+7), so if you write from Europe or the Americas our reply will usually land overnight your time.

Size consulting

Not sure between two sizes? Message us before you order — it is far quicker than an exchange across borders.

To get an answer in one reply, tell us:

  • The product name and the colour you want
  • Your height and weight
  • The size you normally wear, and in which brand
  • How you like it to fit — close to the body, true to size, or oversized
