1. Delivery Time

We ship orders only on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays, GMT +7). Orders placed on Sundays will be processed on the following business day.

For International Orders: The delivery times listed below are estimates and do not include the 1-2 business days required for processing before shipment. Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Asian countries: 3 - 5 days

  • Australia: 4 - 6 days

  • Canada: 5 - 7 days

  • United Kingdom: 5 - 7 days
  • Europe: 5 - 7 days

  • USA: 9 - 11 days

2. Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, which you can use to track your order online. Please check your junk or spam folder if you have not received a tracking email within a week of your order date.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the delivery company, it is under their control. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please:

  • Provide a correct and complete delivery address.

  • Ensure the delivery address is accessible.

  • Confirm someone is available to receive the parcel.

  • Add notes if your country requires additional information, such as a personal ID, CNPJ/CPF number, etc.

Orders with incorrect or incomplete delivery details (address, email, or contact number) may experience delays. Inputting an incorrect email may also prevent you from receiving confirmation and notification emails. Please double-check all information before submitting your order.

For orders returned to the sender due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges will apply to resend the items to the correct address.

3. Taxes

Customs fees, tariffs, or duties are not included in the pricing. Orders may incur customs fees upon arrival, and we cannot predict the extent of these costs.

Please note:

  • We are unable to declare your package for any value other than the total amount paid at checkout.

  • Shipping fees do not include local import taxes, which may apply to shipments destined for countries outside of Vietnam. These expenses are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Customers are fully responsible for postal charges, return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges if a parcel is declined due to import duties or taxes.
