RETURN POLICY

Push Push will only accept return or refund requests for defective products due to manufacturing issues or incorrect items received. Once payment is successfully processed, all other return or refund requests are not eligible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Push Push accepts return requests within 3 days from the date of receipt (*). If it exceeds 3 days, any return requests will be refused. Please provide us with an unboxing video or image as proof (via: contact@pushpushww.com) so our Customer Service Department can verify whether your request is approved or rejected. We will send a confirmation directly to your email within 2 business days.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, with the original tag attached, and all returns should be sent back to us in the original packaging. If your return package does not meet all the conditions stated above, we reserve the right to refuse the return request, and the package will be returned to you.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@pushpushww.com.

Shipping Fee: If the product is confirmed to have manufacturing defects or if the wrong product was shipped, Push Push will cover the shipping charges for returned items. For all other cases, the return shipping fee (including shipping fees and taxes) will be the responsibility of the customer


 EXCHANGE POLICY

Push Push accepts exchange requests made within 3 days of receipt (*). Requests submitted after this period will be refused

To be eligible for an exchange, products must be unused, with the original tag attached, and all returns should be sent back to us in the original packaging. If your exchange package does not meet all the conditions stated above, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange request, and the package will be returned to you.

If the exchanged item is less expensive than the original item, no refund of the difference will be issued. If the exchanged item is more expensive, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping Fee: Shipping charges (including shipping fees and taxes) for exchange requests are the customer’s responsibility. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Note: We recommend that you record your return tracking number to track the status of your return

(*) The received date will be determined based on the information from the carrier's system.
