RETURN POLICY

Push Push will not accept any return or refund requests at this moment once your payment is successfully processed via Paypal excepting for defective products due to manufacturing issues or receiving the wrong product.


Push Push accepts return requests within 14 days from the delivery date. If 14 days have gone, any return requests will be refused. Please provide us with an unboxing video or image as proof (via: contact@pushpushww.com) so our Customer Service Department can verify whether your request is approved or rejected. We will be directly sending a confirmation via your email within 3 business days.


To be eligible for return, the products must be unused with the original tag attached and all returns should be sent back to us in the original packaging. If your exchange package cannot meet all the conditions stated above, we reserve the right to refuse the return request and the package will be returned to you.


Shipping fee: If the product is confirmed to have manufacturing problems or was shipped incorrectly, shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of Push Push.

If your exchange package cannot meet all the conditions stated above, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange request and the package will be returned to you.


Push Push will not refund the price difference if the overall price of the exchanged product is less than the price of your original order. The customer will pay the difference if the overall price of the exchanged product is higher than the price of the original order.


Shipping fee: Shipping charges (including shipping fee and tax) for exchange requests are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
